Salam Alaikum All (Peace to you all), Welcome to the inaugural edition of our Magazine.
SMS is a digital bi-annual magazine for educators and parents aimed at helping support Muslims students in both public and Islamic schools. Its goal is to help parents of Muslim students navigate the system, and help educators better support their Muslim students.
The magazine is bi-annual, releasing first in October, coinciding with Islamic Heritage Month, and then again in April.
Schools should be safe havens for Muslim students to feel a positive sense of self and see their Islamic values, beliefs, and worldview acknowledged, affirmed, and respected.
